Whether it be a simple spare key or total key loss on your car our members are able to not only open your car without causing damage but also make a transponder key or remote key fob to start your car. Broken keys when in the lock can be extracted and replaced, worn or damaged locks can in most cases be repaired or replaced.
All our members are trained on the most advanced locking systems to date and with on-going training are ready to assist your every vehicle based lock and key requirements. The Auto Locksmiths Association was formed in 1996 as a non profit-making organisation with the express purpose of increasing the professionalism and integrity of the Auto Locksmith Industry.
Applications for membership must only be tendered by genuine, practising, Auto Locksmiths.
Applicants must have been trading as such for a minimum of two years.
The ALA is mainly UK based but our members can also be found in Southern Ireland, Europe and America.
The ALA welcomes applications from around the world.

Once this is completed and the Committee are satisfied you will be invited to take the practical examination.

The current course of action when a policy holder wishes to make a claim can be time consuming and fragmented with systems ranging from organizing vehicle recovery to the main agents, to requesting that the policy holder locates their own contractor and provides quotes for the work to be carried out.
By utilizing the services of the Auto Locksmith Association, the insurance industry and their valuable customers can benefit.
