The advert states that they 'take enormous pride in quality as well as service and customer satisfaction' also 'No Call Out Fee'. My daughter and grandchildren were unfortunately locked out today and called Lime Locks. He arrived within the stated 30 minutes and took 2-5 seconds to open the door for her. Then charged £95, with no call out fee for a few minutes work. He charged £95 for a half hour call out including travel. I would not recommend at all as I feel this price is extortionate. We have used locksmiths in the recent past for the same job and been charged a fraction of this cost.

I contacted Paul regarding the repair to our front door lock. Following a speedy reply to my request in the evening, Paul was out the following day. He was punctual, very professional, and polite. He solved our issue very quickly, and even made some minor adjustments to the door to help it close easier, and lock far more smoothly than before his visit.
Cannot recommend him highly enough. Great service. highly competitive pricing, and a very good job done. 5☆

Front door locking mechanism jammed right on School finishing time, so we were in a right fix! We couldn’t lock or shut the door so we called out Paul at LimeLocks! Paul arrived within 15 mins and had completed the job in half an hour! We can’t thank him enough for his great work and prompt arrival! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend LimeLocks as Paul was friendly and so very helpful, cheers mate!
