Absolutely fantastic service from Stewart. From calling him through to job complete was just over an hour, which given I live in the next town and it was an evening call out on a bank holiday weekend is very impressive indeed. Speedy, efficient and very personable service. We needed help with a broken lock at midnight and Heatley Security arrived at our door within an hour.
Dealt with Heatley on numerous occasions, always a fast response and always a quality job. Friendly staff and great rates. Would definitely recommend Heatley for any double glaze repair or boarding up job. We had a problem with an inside door where the key was jammed in the lock. I telephoned Stewart who came within a few hours even though it was a Saturday.
He was friendly, polite and efficient and talked me through our options. In spite of the door being very old, he said he would try and scource a replacement lock as it would be cheaper than replacing the door completely. Although he was going on holiday he was able to find one and returned to fit it within a few weeks, even though it was a special order and he being very busy.
