I manage holiday lets, and so we occasionally have issues with keys/locks. Matt was the first person I called. He answered first time, and considering I was calling 6pm on a Sunday evening I really wasn't expecting it to be so easy! Matt replied very quickly to me and quoted very reasonably compared to others, and then when he came to diagnose the issue (which again was nice and quick considering it wasn't urgent) he was very honest about the problem and it was a really simple fix for which he didn't even charge us as he said he was in the area! Great service and will definitely hit up if we get other lock issues in the future!! Thanks Matt!

This is the second time I have used Matt's services in 5 years. This time one of my tenants phoned me to say their front door lock wasn't working properly. I phoned Matt and within a couple of hours he had fixed the problem without having to replace the lock and at a very reasonable and fair price.
